Job Summary: 

Build the line’s process capability and identify, prioritize, and eliminate process  losses to consistently achieve Run To Target (RTT) performance as the technical owner of the line. 

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and eliminate process losses using data-driven analysis to improve line performance and consistently achieve Run To Target (RTT).
• Operate and monitor production machinery and upstream processes to ensure stable, efficient, and safe production.
• Define and manage equipment Centerlines (CL) and lead the standardization and optimization of Changeovers (CO).
• Apply basic machine maintenance practices, such as greasing, lubrication, and checking for loose bolts, and coordinate with Maintenance when required.
• Coach operators and line teams on machine operation, process standards, and equipment changes while maintaining basic production records and data using email and Excel.

Qualifications

• Male applicants only
• Must possess a valid JFT-Basic certificate or JLPT N4 (or higher)
• Must have valid SSW Food and Beverage Manufacturing prometrics certificate
• Or willing to take SSW Food and Beverage Manufacturing prometrics
• Or willing to undergo Japanese language proficiency class for 6 months
