Job Summary:

Operate and monitor filling and processing machines to produce the specified SKUs and quantities according to the production plan, while ensuring safe machine operation, product quality, process stability, and efficient production.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor filling and processing machines to produce the required SKUs and quantities according to the production plan.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections and safety checks, respond appropriately to machine abnormalities, and participate in safety and hazard-prediction activities.
• Monitor key process parameters such as temperature, pressure, torque, and operating rate, and perform sampling and quality checks to ensure product and process requirements are met.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and equipment care, including greasing, lubrication, checking for loose bolts, and reporting equipment malfunctions or process deviations.
• Maintain accurate production records and process documentation, perform basic computer tasks using email and Excel, and support process improvement, waste reduction, and energy-saving activities.

Qualifications

• Male applicants only
• Must possess a valid JFT-Basic certificate or JLPT N4 (or higher)
• Must have valid SSW Food and Beverage Manufacturing prometrics certificate
• Or willing to take SSW Food and Beverage Manufacturing prometrics
• Or willing to undergo Japanese language proficiency class for 6 months
