Responsibilities
As a Production Worker in Mold Preparation, you will be responsible for preparing production molds to ensure they are ready for manufacturing. Your primary task is applying wax to molds by hand using waxing cloths, ensuring an even and high-quality surface finish before production begins.
Preparing molds for production by applying wax manually
Ensuring molds are clean and properly treated according to work instructions
Performing visual quality checks on mold surfaces
Following production procedures and quality standards
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
Working closely with the production team to support an efficient manufacturing process
Qualifications
Previous experience in the plastics manufacturing industry (minimum three years)
Careful and detail-oriented approach to work
Good manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent quality
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Ability to follow work instructions and quality requirements
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
