Responsibilities
Set up, operate, dismantle, and store A/V equipment for banquet functions as per function sheets.
Ensure all event setups are correct, functional, and ready on time.
Conduct monthly inventory checks and log all outgoing/incoming banquet equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance on A/V equipment.
Maintain cleanliness of A/V control and storage rooms.
Inspect function rooms daily and address lighting, A/C, or service issues.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience in A/V or technical support.
Knowledge of audio, video, and lighting equipment.
Basic understanding of preventive maintenance and safety standards.
Able to work flexible hours and support events as required.
