Responsibilities

• Provide professional spa therapies and body treatments while ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and proper supplies/equipment in treatment and spa areas.
• Assist guests courteously by answering inquiries and promoting spa services and products.
• Follow standard operating procedures, safety regulations, and maintain accurate records and inventory.
• Support overall spa operations through teamwork, cross-training, attending meetings, and assisting in different spa areas.

Qualifications

• Certified Spa Therapist with recognized training.

• Minimum 1 year relevant work experience.

• Knowledge of massage techniques, beauty, and wellness treatments.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.

• Hotel or resort spa experience is an advantage.
