Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily business and operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in business operations, sales management, strategic planning, or leadership roles
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management systems
- Strong decision-making and people management capabilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience in manufacturing, corporate operations, or business transformation is an advantage
- Leadership or managerial experience preferred
