Job Responsibilities:

Handle daily operations and in‑flight catering activities
- Coordinate with ramp operations, dispatch, and duty managers
- Ensure smooth flight catering operations, including VIP and urgent orders
- Monitor dispatch reports, booking lists, and operations documents
- Support and guide operations staff and supervisors
- Assist during peak operations, emergencies, and high‑pressure situations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure on‑time and quality service
- Follow company rules on safety, procedures, and data protection
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 3-10 years of experience in in-flight catering or related industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and catering management software.
