Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily operations and in‑flight catering activities
• Coordinate with ramp operations, dispatch, and duty managers
• Ensure smooth flight catering operations, including VIP and urgent orders
• Monitor dispatch reports, booking lists, and operations documents
• Support and guide operations staff and supervisors
• Assist during peak operations, emergencies, and high‑pressure situations
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure on‑time and quality service
• Follow company rules on safety, procedures, and data protection

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3-10 years of experience in in-flight catering or related industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and catering management software.
