Position Title: Team Leader – Operations
Job Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Supervisor in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow within the section.

Monitor activities, manage resources, and ensure materials and equipment are available.

Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely flight preparation, assembly, and loading.

Handle operational changes (e.g., flight schedules, aircraft changes) and take immediate action.

Supervise staff performance, maintain discipline, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Prepare daily reports, monitor activities, and ensure proper shift handover.

Support planning, training, inventory, and reporting requirements.

Ensure adherence to company policies, Saudi Labor Law, and cybersecurity requirements.

Qualifications

High School, Vocational, or College Graduate.

With 3–4 years of experience in catering or airline operations.

Good communication and leadership skills.

Flexible, team-oriented, and able to handle operational demands.
