Install, inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical systems such as HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning).
Carry out electrical wiring, connections, and troubleshooting for power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
Install and maintain plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, and sewage.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation of MEP systems.
Conduct regular testing and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues before they escalate.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other technicians on site to ensure smooth project execution.
Follow all safety regulations and industry standards during installation and maintenance work.
Document work performed, maintain records, and report any deviations or malfunctions.
Assist in commissioning and handover processes for newly installed systems.
Respond promptly to service requests and emergency repairs.
Diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or related technical fields.
Proven experience working as an MEP technician or in a similar role.
Good understanding of HVAC, electrical circuits, and plumbing systems.
Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
Familiarity with relevant codes and safety standards.
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good physical fitness to handle manual work and work in varied environments.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
