Responsibilities
- Prepare interim valuations and assess subcontractor payment applications.
- Support procurement and negotiation of subcontractor packages.
- Track and manage approved variations and cost changes.
- Assist in preparing monthly cost/value reconciliations (CVRs).
- Draft correspondence and commercial notices under supervision.
- Monitor site progress and update cost projections accordingly.
- Liaise with site teams to verify quantities and resource allocations.
- Prepare final accounts for smaller packages and assist in project close-out.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties and/or responsibilities as required by management, to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications
- Degree in appropriate discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience and/or
- 7+ years experience in contract administration, subcontractor commercial management on high value fitout projects.
