Responsibilities
•    Review of specifications, documents, and drawings to develop commissioning specifications and testing requirements.
•    Manage commissioning process and junior commissioning engineers for successful project completion.
•    Manages multiple project commissioning activities at a time based on the volume of the project.
•    Should have Leadership and managerial skills, commercially awareness, ability to work well under pressure and Teamworking skills.
•    Should have technical knowledge and previous experience in MV and LV systems testing and commissioning.
•    Relevant technical expertise (for example in test, design, development and operations)
•    Preparation and reviewing of T&C method statements, procedures and routines where required.
•    Prepare the installation site readiness report and highlight the delayed systems based on the commissioning schedule.
•    Lead the specialist subcontractor and vender commissioning team at site to perform the commissioning activity as per approved commissioning procedures and standards.  
•    Perform the pre-commissioning activity and highlight the issues to construction team that will affect commissioning process.
•    Witness all the commissioning functional and integration test on the site and ensure a smooth handover to the client representative.
•    Participated in start-up and Run test for Special Equipment together with Vendor.
•    Ensure regulatory and environmental compliance.
•    Represent the company in a professional manner in all dealings with owners, architects, vendors, other design professionals and contractors.
•    Prepare and submit the testing and commissioning report and reply to the consultant and client representative comment.
•    Certify that works are completed, and systems are tested as per the Contract Documentation and project specification requirements.    
•    Facilitate and oversee coordination of training of operations staff.
•    To be able to participate in client / consultant discussions / meetings / presentation.
•    A clear understanding of discrimination study implementation.
                
Qualifications & Skills

•    Selected at Discretion of Senior Management        
•    Engineering Degree in field of Trade required with a minimum of 10 years’ experience 
•    A minimum of 7 years’ experience in electrical testing and commissioning
•    A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Lock-Out / Tag-Out systems
•    A least one large scale project in a similar role
