Job Purpose: To oversee and ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of electro-mechanical systems within the manufacturing facility.

Qualifications:

• Mechanical, Electrical  Engineering  or Technical Diploma . Certification  in  the  assigned  trade  (Electro-Mechanical)
• Hands-on  experience  in  maintenance  and repair  for  all  electro-mechanical  systems (HVAC, Electrical, Pumps, Motors, Plumbing  and  related  equipment)
• Strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems
• Proven experience in a supervisory role
• Strong problem-solving,  teamwork and  communication  skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of electrical and mechanical maintenance teams.
• Assign tasks to technicians and monitor the quality and timely completion of work.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all electro-mechanical systems (HVAC, electrical, pumps, motors, plumbing, and related equipment).
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently.
• Diagnose faults across electrical and mechanical equipment and coordinate timely repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, technical standards, and applicable codes.
• Review maintenance reports, checklists, and asset documentation regularly.
• Support energy-saving initiatives and system performance improvements.
• Handle emergency breakdowns and provide technical guidance to the team.
