Responsibilities:

• Conduct Physical, chemical testing in raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Ensure that all products meet the required specifications and standards.
• Inspect food production lines and storage conditions to ensure product safety.
• Monitor and record all process parameters like CCPs, oPRPs, QCP and other spec parameters.
• Conduct product sensory evaluations.
• Monitor temperature, humidity, and other environmental factors during production and storage.
• Inspect packaging materials and finished goods for compliance with specifications.
• Maintain records of all tests and inspections conducted.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and up to date to comply with regulatory bodies.
• Assist in developing quality assurance documentation and procedures.
• Ensure that all food products comply with health, safety, and legal regulations.
• Assist in internal and external audits.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant food safety standards and regulations (e.g., SFDA, ISO, HACCP,
• BRCGS, customer audit standards).
• Identify trends in quality issues and work with production and R&D teams to address and resolve
them.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve product quality and consistency.
• Ensure all testing equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and report any malfunctions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in food technology, Food science, veterinary science or related educational
qualification.
• More than 2 years of work experience in a quality control or food safety role in manufacturing industry.
• Certification and knowledge in HACCP and Food safety.
• Experience and certifications in BRCGS, ISO22000, ISO14001, Halal etc, as preferred.
• Knowledge in regulatory standards and applicable requirements.
• Proficient in computer and MS office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in data analysis.
• In-depth knowledge in process monitoring, CCP, oPRP checks and record keeping.

• Experience in audit management and quality management system programs, procedure, SOPs etc.
