Responsibilities:


•  Maintains logs and records of lab instruments and reagents
•  Cleans and sterilizes lab tools and equipment
•  Follows specified scientific procedures and adheres to safety guidelines
•  Oversees lab inventory and orders supplies when required
•  Conduct various microbiological and laboratory activities regularly within the central Laboratory.
•  Maintain knowledge of ISO-17025, and BAM-FDA methods and perform all manual and Automated operations
on various materials.
•  Perform regular maintenance of laboratory equipment by inspecting, internal calibrating, cleaning, or sterilizing,
and cleaning objects. Maintain laboratory or technical equipment.

•  Assist microbiologists in regular work within the central laboratory and Plant analysis.
•  Perform laboratory analysis on all materials after appropriate sterilization.
•  Keeping accurate records of all items, including the quantity and location of each item in the lab.
•  Perform tests on all incoming ingredients, Vegetable, Cake, Biscuits, protein, and document all records.
•  Perform ISO 17025 audits on various environmental and GFSI programs and perform reviews.
• Develop various testing processes for all raw materials, finished goods, Air quality, equipment’s and personal
swabs.
• Organize Storage Space, Proper Sorting by Usage, Labelling, and maintain Stock Inventory.
• Maintain accurate records and perform tests on all activities conducted in the laboratory.
• Develop and document various microbiology laboratory processes and prepare final reports.

• · Keep environmental requirements in regarding of Waste disposal, Segregation of materials waste , and
reduce consumption of natural resources.

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in laboratory techniques OR Microbiology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry from a
reputed University; specialization in Life science, Hospital, Food and Beverage, laboratory technique.
•  2 years of experience in a 1-year microbiology lab (essential).

• Excellent knowledge of Media preparation, sample preparation, Manual culture, ELIZA and ELFA, VIDAS,
VITEK equipment, biochemical analysis, stains, and weighing equipment.
• Proficient in MS Office.

• Skilled in operating lab equipment and machinery• Strong attention to detail
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•  Highly skilled in microbiology techniques, methodology, equipment and supplies.
•  In-depth knowledge of laboratory tests used in microbiology work.
•  Proficient in methods and practices of microbiological analysis.
•  Willingness to keep up-to-date with current information and Protein.
•  Conduct microbiological analysis as required on incoming raw material, finished product, equipment
swabs and personnel swabbing.
