Job Description:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems and fixtures.

• Inspect and troubleshoot leaks, blockages, and pressure issues in piping networks.

• Maintain water supply, drainage, sewage, and irrigation systems.

• Repair and replace valves, pumps, faucets, filters, heaters, and sanitary fixtures.

• Conduct preventive maintenance according to schedules and checklists.

• Ensure proper operation of water tanks, pumps, and related mechanical components.

• Respond to emergency plumbing issues and carry out corrective actions.

• Follow safety procedures, building codes, and FM standards.

• Maintain service reports, material usage logs, and record completed tasks.

• Coordinate with supervisors and other trades for smooth operations
