• Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of UPS systems, motors, and AC units.
  • Inspect, test, and repair electrical motors (AC/DC), including rewinding, bearing replacement, and alignment.
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of UPS units, batteries, inverters, and associated power systems.
  • Diagnose faults in AC systems, including chillers, package units, split units, AHUs, and FCUs.
  • Repair or replace motors, compressors, fan motors, pumps, starters, and related components.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance for motors, AC units, and UPS systems.
  • Ensure proper installation, operation, and calibration of equipment as per manufacturer guidelines.
  • Maintain safety compliance, proper grounding, and adherence to electrical/mechanical standards.
  • Keep accurate maintenance logs, service reports, and asset records.
  • Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and other trades for smooth facility operations.
