RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform comprehensive mechanical inspections to diagnose faults or detect potential issues in electric vehicles.
- Carry out periodic maintenance tasks (such as changing oils, filters, belts, coolants, and servicing suspension systems).
- Repair or replace damaged mechanical parts in coordination with the immediate supervisor to ensure the use of genuine parts.
- Inspect and adjust braking, steering, and wheel systems in accordance with approved technical specifications.
- Collaborate with electrical and programming technicians to ensure integration between mechanical and electronic systems.
- Use modern mechanical tools and equipment (Torque Wrenches, Hydraulic Tools, Lifts) safely and efficiently.
- Prepare accurate technical reports on work performed and observations and submit them to the supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety procedures when working on high-voltage electric vehicles.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work environment, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure all required tasks listed on the Job Card are completed before forwarding it to the next department or the Workshop Manager for review or closure.
- Contribute to training and guiding mechanical assistants to perform their duties correctly and in accordance with quality standards.
