Qualifications

• Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Industrial, Mechanical), or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably within Electronics, Semiconductor, or Mobile Device Repair/Re-manufacturing industries
• Proven expertise in mobile phone diagnostics, repair processes, and cosmetic grading standards
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis tools and continuous improvement methodologies, including process capability analysis, Measurement System Analysis (MSA), ANOVA, FMEA, correlation, and regression techniques
• Working knowledge of ERP, MES, and QMS systems, with advanced proficiency in Excel and dashboard development
