Responsibilities
1. Conduct day to day site surveillance, identify, communicate, record and communicate the deficiencies to team to avoid reoccurance
2. Conduct inspections using Electronic workflows for all Work Inspections, incoordination with Operation team, Consultants and sub contractors.
3. Provide data/information for all required Fields in Work inspections, including Post Inspection notes and comments categorization.
4. Coordinate with subcontractor, third-party laboratories and consultants as required for various field tests. Ensure the test records / logs are maintained.
5. Verify/Ensure that subcontractors are adhering to their ITP and ensure that inspections are raised accordingly.
6. Work with relevant execution team for the implementation of agreed corrective active actions planned / scheduled for each NCRs and identified deficiencies.
7. Conduct internal inspections to verify the implementation / effectiveness of preventive actions for the site NCRs and deficiencies identified by the aobove process.
8. Coordinate and Conduct snagging – Desnagging inspections with subcontractors, ALEC execution Team and Consultants using Digital Snagging tools.
9. Coordinate with Firestop Engineer and monitor the FLS activities are executed as per specifications/ drawing/Authorities requirements)
10. Review weekly / monthly deliverable status including Planned/Actual and resubmissions, Approval status for the assigned packages.
11. Report to QA QC Manager, any irrrelevant rejections/comments which leads to reworks on all project QA QC documentation. (Work Inspections, Material Inspections etc..)
12. Maintain Daily Site Diary in ALEC Server
