Qualifications

• Technical Diploma or related vocational course
• Strong background in servicing diesel engines and power generators
• Certified in Electrical and/or Mechanical disciplines
• Proven field service experience
• In-depth knowledge of High and Low Voltage power generation systems
• With CUMMINS product experience

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, Repairing, and Maintaining power generation equipment at customer sites.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and complex field repairs using specialized tools and procedures.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Document all service activities, including timesheets and warranty claims.
• Train and mentor junior technicians or apprentices.
• Understanding and analyzing engine and power generation systems.
• Performing quality repairs according to safety and OEM standards.
