Responsibilities

• Operate and control bakery and pastry production machine
• Conduct routine inspection within preventive maintenance, define the problem, and take corrective actions
• Clean up equipment and perform basic maintenance, prepare and report fault reports to maitenance technicians
• Follow health and safety environment and policies and procedures
• Store products, perform testing procedures and ensure that the device work optimally during production

Qualifications

• Holder of a vocational diploma or bachelor’s degree related to the position

• Able to operate, monitor, or assist in production machines and processes

• Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in large-scale commercial bakeries or food manufacturing companies
