Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead maintenance technicians and skilled workers

• Plan, assign, and monitor daily maintenance tasks and schedules

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for building, plant, or facility systems

• Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures

• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues related to electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and civil works

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers for repairs and installations

• Monitor tools, spare parts, and materials inventory

• Prepare maintenance reports, job cards, and work documentation

• Ensure proper use of equipment and adherence to safety regulations

• Respond to emergencies and breakdowns as required

Qualifications / Skills:

• Technical or vocational background in Engineering, Maintenance, or related field

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Foreman or Supervisor

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, and safety standards

• Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance plans

• Good communication and team management skills
