Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners, chillers, split units, and ventilation systems

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using testing instruments

• Check refrigerant levels, leaks, airflow, and system performance

• Read and interpret HVAC drawings, schematics, and technical manuals

• Replace or repair compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, and controls

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company procedures

• Maintain service and maintenance records and reports

• Coordinate with engineers and other technicians during installations and repairs

Qualifications / Skills:

• Technical or vocational training in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Mechanical Technology

• Experience in HVAC installation and maintenance

• Knowledge of refrigeration systems and electrical controls

• Ability to use HVAC tools and testing equipment

• Understanding of safety and environmental regulations

• Good troubleshooting and communication skills
