Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and emails
Provide first-level support for inquiries, requests, and basic technical issues
Log, track, and follow up on service requests and complaints
Direct concerns to appropriate departments or technical staff
Maintain front desk records, visitor logs, and appointment schedules
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
Follow company policies, confidentiality, and customer service standards
Qualifications / Skills:
High school graduate or vocational/college level preferred
Experience as a receptionist, help desk operator, or customer service staff
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, ticketing systems)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Professional appearance and positive attitude
