Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in appliances such as:

  • Refrigerators and freezers

  • Washing machines and dryers

  • Air conditioners and water heaters

  • Ovens, cooktops, and microwave ovens

• Install and test new appliances to ensure proper operation

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing

• Use diagnostic tools to identify malfunctions and replace defective parts

• Read and interpret service manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics

• Ensure repairs comply with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines

• Provide basic user instructions on appliance operation and care

• Maintain service records, repair reports, and parts inventory

• Follow safety procedures when handling electrical components and refrigerants

Qualifications / Skills:

• Technical or vocational training in Electrical, Electronics, or Appliance Repair

• Experience in appliance troubleshooting and repair

• Knowledge of electrical circuits, motors, and control boards

• Ability to use testing equipment such as multimeters

• Good customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
