Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot ELV systems including:

  • CCTV and surveillance systems

  • Access control systems (biometric, card readers)

  • Fire alarm and detection systems

  • Structured cabling (CAT5/CAT6, fiber optics)

  • Public Address (PA) and intercom systems

  • SMATV/IPTV and audio-visual systems

• Read and interpret ELV drawings, schematics, and layout plans

• Terminate, test, and label cables according to standards

• Configure and test system components such as cameras, controllers, sensors, and panels

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on ELV systems

• Diagnose faults and carry out system repairs and replacements

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, local codes, and client specifications

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other technicians on-site

• Prepare basic reports, checklists, and as-built documentation

Qualifications / Skills:

• Technical or vocational training in Electronics, Electrical, or related field

• Experience in ELV or low-current systems installation and maintenance

• Knowledge of CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and structured cabling systems

• Ability to use testing tools (multimeter, cable tester, network tester)

• Basic networking knowledge is an advantage

• Good troubleshooting and communication skills
