Responsibilities

• Check if raw and packaging materials are available and report any shortages early.

• Work with QC to make sure materials are tested and released on time.

• Create and issue SAP process orders and POIs for Production (Plant A & B).

• Prepare batch conversion reports and follow them until they are approved.

• Make Change Requests (CRs) when needed and ensure proper documentation.

• Keep production planning documents organized and compliant with GMP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related scientific/technical field.
• 0-2 year experience in production planning, supply chain, or pharmaceutical operations Basic understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and GMP principles.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems (training can be provided).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to read and interpret production plans, material requirements, and batch documentation.
