Responsibilities: 

• Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee, teas, smoothies, and mixed drinks.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality according to company standards.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and service areas at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and addressing special requests.
• Monitor inventory of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other beverage supplies; report shortages promptly.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines in beverage preparation and service.
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth operations in airport lounges.
• Uphold professional grooming and hospitality standards to reflect the brand image

Qualifications:

• Male or Female
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fine-dining restaurant or hotel
• Must hold a valid NC2 TESDA Certificate in Food & Beverage
• Strong customer service and communication skills
