Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee, teas, smoothies, and mixed drinks.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality according to company standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and service areas at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and addressing special requests.
- Monitor inventory of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other beverage supplies; report shortages promptly.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines in beverage preparation and service.
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth operations in airport lounges.
- Uphold professional grooming and hospitality standards to reflect the brand image
Qualifications:
- Male or Female
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fine-dining restaurant or hotel
- Must hold a valid NC2 TESDA Certificate in Food & Beverage
- Strong customer service and communication skills
