Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests promptly with a courteous attitude.
Present menus, take accurate orders, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Follow company standards for hygiene, safety, and service quality.
Qualifications:
At least a High School Diploma or equivalent.
1–5 years of relevant experience in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.
Physically fit and presentable.
