Troubleshoot and repair PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) at the component level.
Familiar with troubleshooting PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) controls.
Modify/upgrade machine controls and install new PLCs as per requirements.
Program PLCs according to specifications.
Strong fundamentals in automation and computer literacy.
Experience in industrial electrical works is a plus.
Repair hydraulic presses, plate rolls, shearing machines, and multipurpose iron worker machines.
Perform manual/automatic welding and operate overhead cranes.
Utilize plasma, CNC portable, and NC plasma cutting machines.
Knowledge of prime mover units, such as generators.
Familiarity with automotive troubleshooting is an advantage.
