Responsibilities
- Manage listing on property portals, ensuring accurate and timely updates
- Prepare and process real estate documents, including contracts, agreements, and disclosures
- Coordinate with agents and developers on property listings, client requirements and open house schedules
- Maintain organized records of transactions, client information and company documents
- Handle incoming inquiries from clients, agents and developers, directing them as necessary
- Support the finance team by tracking payments and processing expenses
- Answer and redirect calls and inquiries professionally
- Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflows
- Ensure office supplies are well-stocked and organized
- Greet and assist visitors with a friendly demeanor
- Schedule meetings, handle correspondence and coordinate viewings
- Additional Tasks: Depending on the company’s needs, you may be asked to assist with other duties to support business operation
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge about Qatar Labour Law, Real Estate and Human Resources policies
- Previous experience in real estate administration or Human Resources coordination
- College Graduate
