We are looking for a friendly and reliable Helpdesk Assistant to provide basic tech support and help with facility-related requests at our compound. You will assist residents and staff with computer problems, set up equipment, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Tech Support:
Help residents and staff with computer, internet, and software issues.
Set up new devices and install software.
Helpdesk Tasks:
Respond to requests for help via phone, email, or in person.
Keep track of requests and make sure issues are solved on time.
Facility Support:
Assist with maintenance and facility-related questions.
Work with the maintenance team to fix problems quickly.
Record Keeping:
Maintain an inventory of equipment.
Keep records of common issues and solutions.
Training:
Help people understand how to use tech equipment and follow good security practices.
Education: High school diploma (or higher).
Experience: Experience with basic computer troubleshooting is helpful but not required.
Skills:
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
