Segment: In-Flight Catering
Department: Unit Technical – Facility (Equipment)
Maintain and repair electrical and electro-mechanical equipment used in food production, operations, and laundry facilities to ensure smooth 24-hour operation.
Maintain and repair equipment (e.g., conveyor belts, ovens, dishwashers, tilting pans).
Monitor equipment serviceability and report to Supervisor.
Diagnose and fix electrical/mechanical faults.
Plan and schedule work orders with Supervisor.
Ensure safe and proper use of tools and equipment.
Coordinate equipment transport for major repairs.
Promote cost efficiency through proper resource use.
Attend technical meetings and submit daily reports.
Adhere to safety, cybersecurity, and company policies.
Perform other assigned tasks.
Access Technical Store and withdraw spare parts.
Operate company vehicles for off-site callouts.

External: None
Diploma / High School / Field Training Certificate in Industrial Electricity or Electrical Engineering Tech
3+ years in food equipment maintenance (5-star hotel/restaurant experience preferred)
Knowledge of electronic control systems an advantage
Strong English communication skills (Arabic desirable)
Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical documents
