Job Title: Technician – Airports Lounges

Reports To: Team Leader – Airports Lounges
Segment: In-Flight Catering | Division: Airports Lounges
Department: Airports Lounges (JED/RUH/DMM/MED) | Grade: S1

Job Purpose:

Maintain and repair all lounge equipment, facilities, and utilities to the highest standard and support the Team Leader in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all lounge equipment.

• Execute daily work orders and recommend needed spare parts.

• Keep maintenance tools and materials organized and controlled.

• Ensure proper temperature control of facilities and equipment.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with quality standards.

• Support and train team members to improve performance and productivity.

• Promote teamwork, communication, and problem-solving.

• Suggest improvements to systems, equipment, and work methods.

• Follow cybersecurity and IP protection policies.

• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma / High School / Field Training Certificate

• 3–4 years relevant experience

• Good English communication skills (Arabic desirable)

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and prepare reports
