Job Title: Team Leader – Operations

Reports To: Section Head – Operations
Segment: In-Flight Catering
Department: Operations 

Job Purpose:

Assist the Supervisor in ensuring smooth and efficient operational activities, flight handling, resource availability, and coordination with related departments to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure timely handling of flights.

• Coordinate with Maintenance, Stores, Transport, Dispatch, and other sections for smooth workflow.

• Ensure availability of equipment, materials, dry ice, and supplies.

• Prepare reports, logs, and handovers; assist in training and scheduling.

• Enforce discipline, safety, and operational standards.

• Act on deviations and incidents, ensuring proper reporting.

• Adhere to cybersecurity and company policies.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School / Vocational / College Graduate

• 3–4 years in catering operations or related field

• Strong communication, flexibility, and teamwork skills
