Department: Operations
Assist the Supervisor in ensuring smooth and efficient operational activities, flight handling, resource availability, and coordination with related departments to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Oversee daily operations and ensure timely handling of flights.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Stores, Transport, Dispatch, and other sections for smooth workflow.
Ensure availability of equipment, materials, dry ice, and supplies.
Prepare reports, logs, and handovers; assist in training and scheduling.
Enforce discipline, safety, and operational standards.
Act on deviations and incidents, ensuring proper reporting.
Adhere to cybersecurity and company policies.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

High School / Vocational / College Graduate
3–4 years in catering operations or related field
Strong communication, flexibility, and teamwork skills
