Specializes in creating artistic food displays and edible decorations (e.g., chocolate, sugar, pastillage, carvings) that enhance presentations for airline services, lounges, VVIP events, and parties. Ensures creations meet quality standards, trends, and cost efficiency while training and coordinating with the production team.
Design and produce artistic food displays and decorative elements.
Work with chocolate, sugar, pastillage, fruits, vegetables, ice, and other edible materials.
Set up and lead presentation for lounges and events.
Ensure compliance with food safety and company standards.
Coordinate with production and other related departments.
Perform other job-related and cybersecurity-compliant duties.

Associate Degree in Culinary Studies
8–10 years in top hotels or Michelin-star restaurants
Global competition exposure (Culinary Olympics / World Cup), with Silver or Gold medal preferred
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills
English fluency; 1–2 additional languages preferred
