Department: Operations
Handle assigned flights efficiently and accurately to meet required deadlines and ensure on-time performance.
Prepare VIP and private flights based on galley diagrams and instructions.
Coordinate with production for timely meal delivery.
Check food, beverages, and equipment for quality and quantity before loading.
Ensure flight loading meets deadlines.
Monitor operations and communicate deviations or delays to the Supervisor.
Maintain service folders, labels, and equipment inventory.
Liaise with other sections, cabin crew, and airport agencies.
Monitor staff performance, flight progress, and inventory flow.
Participate in inventories, meetings, and ensure compliance with operational standards.
Follow cybersecurity and company policies.

High School graduate; English courses preferred
2–3 years related experience
Strong communication, computer, and time management skills
English and Arabic language proficiency
