Segment: In-Flight Catering
Responsible for the safe and timely loading and offloading of flights using high loaders, ensuring compliance with security, safety, and hygiene standards of Saudia Catering. Acts as the team leader for loaders and coordinates with transport and operations teams.
Operate high loaders to load and offload meal carts and containers as per loading plans.
Ensure all equipment is properly secured, labeled, and temperature controlled.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of vehicles and equipment.
Follow airport, customs, and security regulations strictly.
Coordinate with supervisors and drivers for schedule or aircraft changes.
Ensure proper handling of DEK, up-catering, and other catering equipment.
Train loaders and ensure proper marshalling procedures.
Report accidents, incidents, and vehicle movements promptly.
Comply with cybersecurity and company security policies.

Education: High School / Secondary / Vocational School graduate.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar catering operations role with a valid light or heavy driver’s license.
Skills:

Compliance with hygiene, security, and airport regulations.
