Reports To: Officer, Operations
Segment: In-Flight Catering
Responsible for ensuring timely and smooth flight handling operations by coordinating with relevant teams, managing high loaders, provisioning catering items, and supporting ramp activities in line with Saudia Catering standards.
Monitor and update flight arrival/departure information.
Coordinate between supervisors, service reps, and transport for on-time operations.
Ensure timely availability of high loaders and catering supplies (DEK, giveaways, AED kits).
Handle delivery and collection of catering notes and DEK items.
Support emergency and last-minute airline requests.
Coordinate with ramp agencies and dispatch for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, security, and cybersecurity policies.
Report cybersecurity incidents and adhere to company protocols.
Perform other related operational tasks as required.
Internal: DEK coordination and operational team support.
External: Polite and disciplined interaction with crew and customers.
Education: High School Graduate.
Experience: 2–3 years in operations or related field.
Skills:
Good communication and basic writing skills.
Ability to read and understand English.
Knowledge of flight handling processes and coordination.
Disciplined and service-oriented attitude.
