Segment: In-Flight Catering | Division: Production
Responsible for producing meals according to Saudia Catering standards and customer specifications. Ensures food quality, safety, and operational efficiency in assigned production areas.
Supervise and control daily food production to meet quality standards.
Follow recipes, specifications, hygiene, and packing procedures.
Coordinate with Chef de Partie/Sous Chef on deviations and deadlines.
Assist in product development, CPS checks, and stocktaking.
Ensure smooth shift operations, compliance with hygiene and food safety.
Handle equipment properly and report malfunctions.
Comply with cybersecurity, IP, and company security policies.
Report cybersecurity incidents and protect company information assets.

External: None
Education: Graduate of Culinary or Hospitality course / Diploma in professional cookery.
Experience: 2–3 years as Demi Chef de Partie.
