Segment: In-Flight Catering
Division: Production
Job Purpose:
Assist in meal production in line with Saudi Airlines Catering standards and client specifications, covering airline, restaurant, and outside catering.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in daily food production and follow standard recipes.
Prepare raw materials and set up workstations.
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area.
Collect materials from the storeroom.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and cybersecurity policies.
Report incidents and comply with company regulations.
Communication:
Internal: Production team
External: None
Minimum Requirements:
Graduate or certified in hospitality/culinary.
1–2 years’ experience as Commis.
Fast, efficient, and detail-oriented.
Good stamina and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and work under pressure.
Knowledge of HACCP preferred.
