Job Purpose:
Perform corrective repairs and preventive maintenance on food production and operation equipment in In-Flight Kitchens and related facilities to ensure smooth and safe operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair equipment such as conveyor belts, ovens, dishwashers, and boiling pans.
Monitor equipment performance and ensure 24/7 operational readiness.
Diagnose and repair electrical/mechanical faults.
Coordinate major repair work with supervisors and transport equipment as needed.
Follow safety, sanitation, and cost-control procedures.
Maintain workshop cleanliness and submit daily reports.
Comply with cybersecurity and company policies.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Technical Certificate in Industrial Technology or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Technology.
2–3 years of experience in food production equipment maintenance (preferably in hotels, restaurants, or catering).
Knowledge in TIG/MIG welding, fabrication, and mechanical diagrams.
Good English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
