Job Purpose:
Maintain and repair all HVAC and refrigeration systems, including cool rooms, freezers, chillers, A/C units, and ventilation systems to ensure optimal performance and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect, maintain, and repair refrigeration and air-conditioning systems.
Install and modify cold room units, split type, fan coils, and ducted A/C.
Ensure cold rooms meet hygiene and operational standards.
Perform system balancing, instrumentation, and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with team and other departments for repair and maintenance tasks.
Maintain workshop cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
Assist in training new staff and submit regular reports.
Comply with company policies, safety, and cybersecurity protocols.
Qualifications:
Diploma or vocational certificate in HVAC/R or related field.
2–3 years of experience in refrigeration and air-conditioning maintenance (preferably in hotels or restaurants).
Technical knowledge in HVAC systems and basic electrical controls.
Good English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
