Assist the Supervisor and Team Leader in daily assembly section operations.
Ensure flight setups and provisioning follow loading plans and airline standards.
Coordinate with other sections (Beverage, Kits, Equipment, etc.) for smooth workflow.
Monitor telex updates, maintain records, and handle shift handovers.
Ensure security checklists and food load sheets are completed.
Support up-catering, VIP requests, and comply with company and cybersecurity policies.
Qualifications: High School/Vocational Graduate, minimum 2 years in catering operations.
Skills: Good communication, flexibility, and teamwork.
