Job Purpose: Responsible for supervising and controlling the industrial production process during assigned shifts to achieve safe, on-spec, efficient output.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures manpower allocation, coordination with QA and engineering, KPI tracking, and continous-improvement execution to meet production plans and cost targets.
• Allocate manpower based on demand, skills, and line priorities and manage shift handovers with clear instructions and documentations.
• Monitor critical control points, pprocessing variables and equipment perfomance; initiate corrective actions for deviations.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, Maintenance and Supply Chain to resolve issues impacting quality, availability or throughout.
• Lead and support continous-improvement initiatives during the shifts, including Kaizen, waste reduction, SMEDand TPM actions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years hands on maintenance experience in food manufacturing, frozen food, bakery or FMCG operations.
