Job Purpose: Responsible for installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and improvement of electrical, control, and automation system on production lines and utilities in a high-hygiene frozen-food and flour-based environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe, reliable power and control systems to maximize equipments availability, product quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Execute preventive maintenance (PM) tasks and electrical inspections according to the PM schedule and close work orders in the CMMS.
• Troubleshoot and repair AC/DC motors, motor starters, VFDs, contractors, relays, transformers, solenoids. sensors, and field devices.
• Diagnose and repair PLCs, HMIs, control panels, I/O modules, and related wiring; perform backup/restore of control programs as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years hands on maintenance experience in food manufacturing, frozen foods, bakery or FMCG manufacturing
