Job Purpose: Responsible for mechanical upkeep, troubleshooting, and improvement of production and utility equipment in a high-hygiene frozen-food and flour-handling environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure plant availability through preventice, maintenance, rapid breakdown response, safe repairs, and suport for continous improvement projects.
• Execute preventive maintenance (PM) tasks and inspections accoring to the scheduled PM plan, record results, and close work orders.
• Experience with conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, pumps, hydraulic and pnuematic components, and mechanical alignment.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, schematic, and maintenance manuals; basic experience with measuring tools (micrometers, dial indicators, torque wrenches).

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on mechanical maintenance experience in food manufacturing, frozen foods, bakery or FMCG manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
• Experience with mechanical tools and equipment
