Job Purpose: Responsible for technical ownership of all maintenance activities, local and central projects, site service and infrastructure with regards to delivery standard, best practice and ways of working.

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, manage and resolve complex technical issues on the production lines and in support of the whole factory
• Ensure that adequate production line efficiency and condition-monitoring data is available, collected, collated and analyzed.
• Manage the knowledge base of agreed key electrical technologies and provide specialist knowledge as required.
• Managing all technicians in achieving maintenance plans

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in frozen foods, bakery, snack or FMCG manufacturing strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in maintenance management.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations.
