Job Purpose: Responsible for safe, efficient operation and basic troubleshooting of production line machinery in a high-hygiene frozen-food and flour-based environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure product quality, food-safety compliance, minimal waste and continous improvement of line performance.
- Operate and monitor production machinery (mixers, extruders, formers, fryers, freezers, packers, automatic dosing system) according to standard operating procedures and production schedules.
- Monitor product quality, weight, appearance, and packaging; stop the line for critical nonconformances and document deviations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a machine operator on food production lines or similar industrial settings
- Experience in frozen foods, bakery, snack, or FMCG manufacturing is strongly preferred
- Ability to follow instructions
