Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Jeddah branch sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams, and the ability to build strategic relationships with customers and vendors. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage the sales team in the Jeddah branch to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

· Personally manage and grow a portfolio of key strategic accounts in the region.

· Meet with executive-level customers to understand their business challenges and propose tailored IT solutions.

· Lead alignment with vendors to secure optimal pricing, delivery schedules, and support for ongoing deals, and lead negotiation for optimal pricing.

· Forecast sales pipelines, monitor backlogs and back orders, and ensure timely invoicing and collection in coordination with finance and operations.

· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base and market presence.

· Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching and development to ensure a high-performing sales force.

· Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, ensuring alignment with customer needs and internal processes.

· Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to refine sales strategies.

· Coordinate closely with internal departments (technical, delivery, finance) to ensure successful project execution.

· Coordinate with vendors to organize regular product and sales training sessions for the sales team to ensure up-to-date knowledge and skills.

· Conduct internal training for the sales team to strengthen their understanding of the sales process, customer engagement, and solution positioning.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Minimum of 14 years of experience in IT sales, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role.

· Proven ability to handle large, strategic accounts and build long-term relationships.

· Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the IT sector.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing sales team.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging C-level customers.

· Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to support complex deals.

· understanding of the local Jeddah market is a plus.
